As an introduction to myself, the past 29 years have seen me employed in the real estate industry within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. During my real estate career I have also been a working Principal, owning and operating 3 Ray White franchises in the Eastern Suburbs and being a recipient of many real estate awards.
My career path has assisted me to gain a wealth of knowledge and negotiation skills, when you employ me to sell your property I will achieve the best possible sales price for your home or investment.
Whilst I meet many new clients on a weekly basis, the majority of my work comes from referrals from past clients. If you have been referred, please advise me of which client did so, as I always make a point of thanking past & present clients for their referrals.
Simply, my real estate success has evolved from my natural communication skills and contact ability, making sure I am always in reach of my clients I have my mobile phone on seven days a week until late at night. During my appointments, I may be contacted through my mobile answering service or via my personal assistant.
Truly I believe that the most important time of day for a person in my profession is between 5.30pm & 9.30pm at night as this is the most likely time one can get together with all the decision makers in order to achieve a positive result.
