As an introduction to myself, the past 29 years have seen me employed in the real estate industry within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. During my real estate career I have also been a working Principal, owning and operating 3 Ray White franchises and have been a recipient of multiple real estate awards.
Although predominately I have specialised in selling the top end in the Eastern Suburbs, I have also sold many homes and development sites in the south of Sydney. Furthermore, I have resided in Oyster Bay for the past 28 years and have kept a keen eye on the local market and its results.
My career path has assisted me to gain a wealth of knowledge and negotiation skills which I now bring to Ray White Sylvania, so that when you employ me to sell your property, I will achieve the best possible sale price for your home or investment.
When you engage with me as your agent, I do undertake to keep you completely informed as to the state of the market and how it affects your property. I make certain that you can make a fully informed decision when a buyer is introduced.
Although I do recommend Auction in most cases as the best method of marketing a property, I also sell a considerable number of my clients’ property by private treaty (i.e. “For Sale”) with equally pleasing results.
Whilst I meet many new clients on a weekly basis the majority of my work comes from a referral from past clients. If you have been referred, please advise me of which client did so, as I always make a point of thanking past and present clients for their referrals.
Simply, my real estate success has been evolved from my natural communication skills and contact ability, making sure I am always in reach of my clients. During my appointments, I may be contacted through my mobile answering service or via my personal assistant, Monique Bosma.
Truly I believe that the most important time of the day for a person in my profession is between 5.30pm & 9.30pm at night as this is the most likely time one can get together with all the decision makers in order to achieve a positive result.
